Our Services
Dryer Vent Services
Chimney Sweeping
A clogged or poorly routed dryer vent wastes energy, wears out the appliance and creates a serious fire hazard. Dryer vent services include inspection, cleaning, repair and re-routing for single-family homes, apartments and condominium complexes, with every system brought in line with manufacturer venting requirements and current code. Quality components such as roof jacks, caps, bird guards and UL-listed connector hoses are available. Volume pricing is offered for property managers and AOAOs.
Regular sweeping and inspection keep wood-burning systems working safely and efficiently. Services cover masonry and factory-built fireplaces, woodstoves, inserts and their chimneys, from routine cleaning to troubleshooting and repair. Appliances, venting and hearth accessories are available for sale and installation. NFPA 211 inspections are available for realtors and home inspectors.
Bathroom Vent Cleaning
Gutter Cleaning
Over time, bathroom exhaust vents collect dust and lint that slow airflow and trap humidity, which can lead to mildew and odors. Professional cleaning restores proper ventilation so moisture leaves the room the way it should. Service is available for individual homes and large multi-unit complexes, and whole buildings can be scheduled at once.
Clogged gutters overflow, damage siding and foundations, and wear down roofing over time. Thorough gutter cleaning keeps rainwater moving away from the property and helps prevent costly repairs. Service is available for homes, apartment buildings and condominium complexes, and recurring maintenance can be scheduled across an entire property.

Shakasweepers cleaned out my 40 year old wood burning chimney. The cleaning was done with no mess or soot in my living room. Great job! I will be calling them for maintenance cleaning every two years. I also had them clean my dryer vent. I feel safe now that they chimney and dryer vent was cleaned.

Cindy was professional, responsive and she worked hard to get us scheduled. Her team took the initiative to repair our ancient dryer vent that had been previously keeping us up all night flapping in the wind! Thank you Shaka Sweepers~ We will always refer you on Maui.Â
